For whom is AEF24 for?

Action Energy Finance 24 (AEF24) is a tool for project developers or owner/operators/investors of any cashflow generating assets. The assets can be renewable energy installations, real-estate assets or any other assets where the end-customer is using the asset with a service agreement.  

We help our customers to track their asset investment performance and spot discrepancies in cashflow.   

In addition to asset performance tracking, AEF24 offers two additional features: asset origination and end-customer credit check (Finland only).

Does AEF24 support my bank?

AEF24 currently supports major European banks. See listing of banks supported here. We enable realtime access to the cashflow data of your projects via our banking interface.       

AEF24 runs as a cloud service and can be used with a monthly subscription.

AEF24 is not accounting software

AEF24 enables tracking of asset performance based on real-time cashflow and provides a visual look of the current state of the portfolio. AEF24 calculates the financing KPIs for investor or internal reporting. AEF24 generates reports to be used in financing negotiations with the bank or project investors. 

AEF24 automatically generates key KPIs of your cashflow generating assets/projects, including opex costs.       

How to get started?

Best way to get started is to register to the AEF24. Fetch the transaction data through the banking API using your bank authorization.  AEF24 automatically generates the portfolio view of your cashflow generating assets.
